At the conclusion of viewing the webinar, participants can download a Certificate of Completion for one hour of attendance. In this webinar Dr. Kidada Williams used primary resources to discuss the daily lives of African Americans during the Reconstruction era. Participants learned about the obstacles post-Civil War African American families faced, and the impact of violence on African American communities including generational trauma.
